Traditional lift contracts bundle equipment, logistics, labour and margin into one number. We unbundle it. Every quote is built from four clearly separated parts:
Equipment, customs & freight
Lifts, escalators and parts at the best pricing we can secure, with customs, freight and clearing passed through at cost.
Professional fee
Payable once the lift is ordered. Covers site assessment, specification, supplier liaison, layout checks and supply-chain management.
Installation fee
Our on-site team installs the equipment: rigging, guide rails, mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring and setup.
Commissioning & certificates
Testing, adjustment, ride-quality setup, inspection and the final certificates and handover documents.

Over 30 years of hands-on lift experience.
Resolve Elevate (Pty) Ltd is a specialist lift and escalator company based in Westdene, Johannesburg. We install, modernise, maintain and repair lifts for property owners, managing agents and homeowners across Gauteng, and take on projects nationally.
Our director, Jan Johannes Ungerer, brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in lift installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical engineering across both legacy and modern systems. That practical background shapes everything we do: honest advice, workable technical solutions and pricing you can check line by line.
